Assia Alexandrova: Honestly, these guys and gals can do no wrong. Passionate, hip foodies making exceptional meat cuts and offering all kinds of artisanal goods. The smoked salmon is insane! The schnitzel is perfection! The rilletes - crazy good!
Charles Velten-Jameson: These are excellent quality products but the prices are not displayed. We don't know how much we pay for meat.
Giulia Moschen: My favorite butcher shop in Mile-End! Excellent quality meat, as well as other things you can buy to complement your meal! The price doesn't vary much compared to the supermarket and the meat is fresher! Furthermore, the service is great!
Alex H: Great establishment that does great work. My go-to here is the terrine campagnarde and occasionally I'll snag a dry-aged ribeye, which they also do beautifully. Very friendly staff -- go check it out!

Duane Brown: Hands down the best Butcher in Montreal. I went here weekly while living in Montreal. It was my 2nd home during the pandemic to get tons of my food needs. The burgers are perfect. The bread has tons of options. Plus you cannot go wrong with the ice cream in summer. Bacon and smoked meat for a snack.
Gaspard Hugo: Yum! Beautiful products and used in a noble manner. These butchers work whole pieces. They market several other Quebec products; wines, ciders, beers, condiments... There is also ready-to-go.
Rémi Delorme: Pricy but definitely worth it, and the staff is lovely. Awesome shop !

Roger Rosenquist: Awesome dining experience here. My friend and I both got the steak frites, which were delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and topped with a great herb butter while the fries were hot and crisp. My friend got a salad that tasted fresh and was a good opener. We also split some of their profiteroles for dessert, and those were extremely tasty. Would recommend.

The experience was very good but we were disappointed by the duck confit dish which was certainly excellent but in very small quantities - especially on the accompaniment where three potatoes fought a duel on 3 salad leaves... However we had watched the menu in advance with photos from previous comments…

Youngmin Lee: A great French restaurant, with amazing food, wine list, and service. If you go during the day time, try to book à table under the glass ceiling! I really liked their appetizers and desserts the most, their paté was amazing, and the bone marrow, chèvre salade, grilled octopus, duck confit were also really tasty. The lemon tart was one of the best I've had in Montreal.
