The academy feels like a family and the kids have fun but learn great values.We have also done her birthday at the academy, and it was one of the best birthday she had! The Chong Lee team took care of everything, and we had around 15kids of 6-7yr old. The kids had a lot of fun and us, as parents, really enjoyed the time to chat with other parents.We can’t recommend Chong Lee enough!

Janneke van Berge Henegouwen: Today, we celebrated our boys' birthday at Chong Lee Taekwondo. Everything was perfectly arranged. All we had to do was bring the cake! Games, pizza, loot bags and, of course, Taekwondo with 8-time Canadian national champion, Grand Master 7-dan, Evangelos Lygeros. The board breaking with a kick and the cake cutting with the Samurai sword were the highlights for our boys. We definitely recommend it!

Katherine Ma: The best. Our daughters have been going to Kim’s Taekwondo for the past three years and they love it. They are part of the Competition Sparring team, which has helped build their confidence and perseverance, in and out of the dojang. Master Alex and the other coaches display the perfect balance between firm disciple and playfulness, which is wonderful for the kids. Grand Master Kim and his wife, the founders, are also regularly present, offering their care, knowledge and support. The school transcends all age groups, and motivated by our girls, my husband recently started taekwondo classes there too. With a strong sense of community and teamwork, Kim’s Taekwondo is not just a school for us, but has become our second home .

Diane Yatibingui: Excellent classes, the coach is dedicated to your improvement. There are classes for kids, others for adults. Some parents even take classes with there kids which is a good way to encourage them, bond with them and practice sport at the same time!

V J: Easily the best atmosphere you can ask for. The BJJ is solid, old-school with the gi, new-school nogi, with intense wrestling on Saturdays. The gym is clean AF, we're talking cleaned mats and walls between classes, people bringing a change of clothes when doing multiple classes, showers and even deodorant for everyone who needs it.Coach David has created a small place with everything you need, great instruction, endless potential and a positive, yet organized and disciplined place. It' for fighters, hobbyists and martial art enthusiasts. I cannot say enough great things about this gym.

Olga Rozin: At first I was really nervous because I have zero background in martial arts. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone a little and try something different but I wasn't too sure what to expect. I signed up for the Jujitsu class and ended up loving it! It's fun and a great workout too. I also have to say that I was wondering how it would go cause there are generally more men in these classes and I'm obviously not that strong, but David always finds ways to accomodate me and make it work. So if you're a woman and you're wondering if you should try this don't hesitate, I'm glad I did. Def recommend!

Mix of good training and good coaching, and my son placed first in his division.So, thanks to GB Montreal for stepping up to help out. It was very much appreciated and we look forward to dropping in to train on a return visit to the city.

Joshua Hwang: Best taekwondo school where we learn everything such as basic movements, self defence, sparring and even poomsae. I would recommend this dojang for those who are looking to learn directly from the best Korean Masters, the true art of taekwondo.
Housni Nafis: Excellent Taekwondo school, a real favorite! I signed up with my daughter and we are extremely satisfied with it! Master Kwon is dynamic, friendly and very experienced. He provides rigorous, effective and very good quality teaching, while providing personalized supervision to his students. I highly recommend this school to those who want to learn and progress quickly in the practice of this beautiful martial art that is Taekwondo.

Ali Emir Tetik: I have been attending the gym for three weeks now and I can already see the positive differences in my mood, mental health, discipline and overall well being. Training really soothes and helps me. If you are living close to downtown and looking for kickbox, muay thai, wrestling or jiu jitsu this is an amazing place. Everyone who is conducting the training have been approachable and helpful.
