Allan Aguilar: I was looking for a replacement for my older bike which is 2011 Specialized Allez as I wanted to move up to more modern on-road bicycle. My planned purchase have started some 3 years ago, however, availability and pricing during those years are just unreasonable and overrated, thus I deferred this intent on a later date. Recently, I start searching again and is now convinced that 2024 is the year for me get a new bike. I did some research and established a goal and maximum price point. Then, this is where I found the bike that I was looking for, most particularly the kind of bike that will suit my type of long rides with comfort, the size and most of all the price range. Since bike season for 2024 have not started yet, their website/store is the only one which have a great price offering stock availability. I would like to bring to your attention to a cashier called Rita who is working for you at Place Vertu and is most of the time at the cash at the centers entrance facing Adonis. Her Name is Rita she is one of the best workers I have ever seen or had the pleasure of being served by her. She has a constant smile on her face , she helps people all the time even when people do not ask for help. Last week I was trying to activate my new card from Canadian tire. I was on the phone for 3 days waiting for more than 30 mints every time and I could not. When I went shopping on Thursday and told Rita this she quickly got on the phone to customers service and within minuets I was able to activate my card and paid for my shopping with it. Rita is always ready to help. she knows where to find things and if she can not give you an answer she will call the department and find out anything you want or need. She is efficient quick, helpful, always ready to help, has a great personality and is the only one that does her job as a profetional ,aware of everyone who goes in and out of the store. She is excellent at her work and should be promoted as a manager or her wages should be increased. The owner of Canadian tire should be proud to have such a person working for them. But then at theSubaru Montréal dealer I've always been treated well. Their customer service, and a shout out goes to JS, Giovanni, Mr. Tavares at the garage is top notch. The ambience is always pleasant, helpful, and honest. Their explanations are just that and not condescending. You get options. I live over 70 km away and still this is my go-to place. I feel seen and heard. I appreciate that kind of service and highly recommend them.

She proposed things within my budget without insisting on other options.Here are the details for those who are curious:My situation was somewhat unique as I am a religious person and required a 0% interest rate contract with a fixed amount for the total price. This meant that the interest would need to be added to the price of the car. Other dealerships asked me to pay the total interest upfront, which I couldn't afford. Jobelle and Veronique worked on my file to make it possible to even split the interest as if it is part of the total amount of the car . Despite my unique circumstances, they didn't give up on me easily like other dealerships did. They persisted in contacting third-party banks until they received a positive response, and all of this was accomplished within a week.Jobelle and Veronique communicated with me through texts and emails until the delivery day, where I went there to make the payment and drove my car back home.
