Panagiotis Savas: The bike presented a problem with the gears on Tuesday evening. Called the shop on Wednesday 09:00 am with an urgent repair that was needed asap in view of trainings and competitions. Steve despite his heavy work load...understood and appreciated my stressful situation....and said.... No problem bring it in now. The bike was ready Thursday morning. Steve did the repair and made some modifications that really took the bike to the next level. The price I was charged was more than fair. Steve is a great technician but most importantly a really good person. Thank you Steve. You are the best.

I would rate them as the best repair shop I know of - things that puzzled repair people in other shops were resolved within minutes here. In addition, they go the extra mile to source replacement parts from original manufacturers and follow-up with them in case of delays, something I experienced first hand. They also run courses on bike maintenance, which I hope to take one day!

Had a bike fit with Geoff a few weeks later and, per the multiple reviews left by other customers, it was a great experience. Very insightful and thorough. The slight tweaks made by Geoff instantly improved my riding experience. I would highly recommend. Big shoutout to Geoff, Chloe and all the staff for taking good care of me in the past few visits.

I ride a very unsexy GT frame with cargo forks that is so uncool my girlfriend probably considered that being a single mother of 3 was better than being with a guy who had this bike.4. I may have forgotten to write this again but this is what happened and why I am writing all these bullet points; I got on my bike after its yearly tune up, and my clunky uncool girlfriend-sexy-vibe-killer bike took off like a tour-de-France-ready road bike! It was so tight! I kid you not I had to look to see if they accidentally installed an electric assist motor on my lovely bike.

Allan Aguilar: I was looking for a replacement for my older bike which is 2011 Specialized Allez as I wanted to move up to more modern on-road bicycle. My planned purchase have started some 3 years ago, however, availability and pricing during those years are just unreasonable and overrated, thus I deferred this intent on a later date. Recently, I start searching again and is now convinced that 2024 is the year for me get a new bike. I did some research and established a goal and maximum price point. Then, this is where I found the bike that I was looking for, most particularly the kind of bike that will suit my type of long rides with comfort, the size and most of all the price range. Since bike season for 2024 have not started yet, their website/store is the only one which have a great price offering stock availability. Those projects involved a lot of unexpected problems such as incompatible parts or unavailable old parts, and they spent a lot of time finding solutions for such issues. These people love what they are doing, and they are happy to explain as much as you ask. Plus, their service fees are very transparent, and even with my odd projects, I have never had a surprise fee in my shop bills. Highly recommended!

Busted a spoke on my winter beater and my hub needed an overhaul, and the mechanics at Olympia put me back on the road at a fair price and did a great job. I highly recommend this bike store. In fact, it's the only bike store I go to in Montreal.I normally don't write reviews, but I will for these folks. I had never been to this place but needed a new chainring and randomly found them. I ordered the chainring and, cut a long story short, a delivery that should have taken a week took considerably longer. The delay was not the shop's fault, but the owner
