I was going downhill a little too quickly and was constantly going through red lights... unfortunately I missed some of the explanations that were given to the drivers who had already arrived.
Joseph McKeown: The team at Ca Roule is always friendly, no surprise there. They also tend to be faster and less expensive than I'm expecting. But then, there's the whole experience, where else can you drop the bike off for a fix and then wander over to Old Montreal for coffee or ice cream or perhaps a 5-a-7 nearby? This is probably the best bike repair experience you can get anywhere on the island. Treat yourself, you're worth it!

Simon-Pierre Lacasse: This store deserves the highest praise. I purchased a used electric bike from a private seller and was initially offered excellent maintenance and repair service. When a part had to be ordered, I was even loaned a courtesy bike. When I wanted to upgrade it to a newer model, I was offered an excellent buyback price, in addition to a very competitive price on a new bike. Having worked in retail for a long time, it seemed to me that this process was done with a lot of transparency and honesty. Finally, the quality of after-sales service deserves to be highlighted. Following an error for which I share some responsibility, the battery fell from the frame of my bike and was damaged. Quantum did not hesitate to replace it for me. In short, for those who want the special attention that an electric bike deserves as well as personalized and courteous service, I strongly recommend considering Quantum. Thanks to Corinne and the whole team!

Thank you Corinne for taking the time to listen to me, advise me and suggest that I try this model that at first glance I would not have chosen. Beyond the advice and service, I was provided with a fully equipped bike and offered to come back after 400km to make adjustments, if necessary. Jérôme Jankowiak: With little hope and following my mishap and disastrous experience with a bike rental company located a few meters away. We went into Quantum Bike to see if they sold tricycles. After a negative response, we noticed a tandem with electric assistance, a gepida thoris traveling with two batteries! We try everything and ask if they rent the tandem. Corinne suggests that we try it out for a few hours. Neither one nor two Corinne provided us with helmets and hop for 2 hours we were able to go to Lachine and the end of the Lachine cycle path and return via Renée Levesque Park then LaSalle and Verdun. Very nice walk! Well the only drawback is that my brother and I no longer want to go back to the classic tandem! 😅 Thank you Corinne, finding a tricycle or tandem in Montreal is very difficult, but thanks to quantum bike I was able to cycle in Montreal with my brother in tandem in complete comfort!

Had a few complications putting the handlebar stem on and with the chain being off the sprockets.The support specialist has been very helpful in answering my questions and stepping me through a few minor issues. The bike is very comfortable and fun to ride. FYI, I’m almost 5’2” and with the seat in the lowest position I cannot touch flat foot.

Michel Daigneault: I bought this beast 4 days ago and I couldn't be happier. It's my 4th fatbike and by far the best overall experience. They kindly answered all my questions and even changed the handlebar for me without extra fee. The bike itself is very well designed and the attention they put into details is really impressive. I already have 350 km done with it and enjoy the smoothness of the ride! The only thing with this bike is that I haven't figure out how to get off from it after a ride - I always seem to find a longer way to get home! Love it!

Their width greatly facilitates rolling on gravel as well as when passing on the shoulder of roads between the 2 surfaces

I may have forgotten to write this again but this is what happened and why I am writing all these bullet points; I got on my bike after its yearly tune up, and my clunky uncool girlfriend-sexy-vibe-killer bike took off like a tour-de-France-ready road bike! It was so tight! I kid you not I had to look to see if they accidentally installed an electric assist motor on my lovely bike.

The tire was changed and when I wanted to compensate the technician, the latter refused. I found that I received excellent service. So, I recommend this store.

The company is run by 2 guys who are super responsive, fair and really have the best price/quality ratio for electric fat bikes in Montreal. I mainly use it to go surfing and with my rack and surfs it's very practical to be compact on this bike! super comfortable and stable, it drives like a small motorcycle! Onwards & Upwards: Generally a solid bike shop, sometimes the staff are welcoming and nice, but sometimes not. I have gone probably 5 times to fix up my bike over 6 years, and generally good results. However, the last time I went they fixed the outer tire and not the tube, so I paid loads for my bike repair only to find they didn't fix the tire at all. So, lately their service has been worse. Still will go back though as it's the only place nearby.

Rick Deckard: This is one of the better shops in and around the Sud-Ouest area. The service is great, and it's right on the bike path, if only their landlord would open up that area so they would have better exposure, you could ride right past and not even know it's here aside from the small sign.

I don't know all the bike terms lol, so I appreciated that they took the time to explain the available options and gave me a clear breakdown of the pricing. I believe they did a decent job, as both bikes performed well throughout this season. I'll be coming back for sure. Plus, they're right on the bike path!

Anirvan Ghosh: I purchased my light e-bike from this shop and have been back a few times for servicing and accessories. Their service is always friendly and excellent. I would rate them as the best repair shop I know of - things that puzzled repair people in other shops were resolved within minutes here. In addition, they go the extra mile to source replacement parts from original manufacturers and follow-up with them in case of delays, something I experienced first hand. They also run courses on bike maintenance, which I hope to take one day!

Anh Khoi Do: Impossible to vote ten stars! For problems such as removing old stuck pedals or brake presses that are too soft, Lurlu Bellerue will offer you impeccable service. As well as installing new pedals for me, the cheerful shop team explained to me that I couldn't dislodge the old pedals with my Park Tool HT6 at home because they weren't greased. The service and explanations took around twenty minutes. What I also like about this bike shop is the possibility of enjoying an espresso.
