I would rate them as the best repair shop I know of - things that puzzled repair people in other shops were resolved within minutes here. In addition, they go the extra mile to source replacement parts from original manufacturers and follow-up with them in case of delays, something I experienced first hand. They also run courses on bike maintenance, which I hope to take one day!

Panagiotis Savas: The bike presented a problem with the gears on Tuesday evening. Called the shop on Wednesday 09:00 am with an urgent repair that was needed asap in view of trainings and competitions. Steve despite his heavy work load...understood and appreciated my stressful situation....and said.... No problem bring it in now. The bike was ready Thursday morning. Steve did the repair and made some modifications that really took the bike to the next level. The price I was charged was more than fair. Steve is a great technician but most importantly a really good person. Thank you Steve. You are the best.

I hardly dare imagine making a rapid descent and seeing my tire explode with a poorly adjusted brake...Thank you Mr. Technician for your good work. For me it is definitive, my beautiful vintage Peugeot bike that I have taken care of since 1992, will never go anywhere else except at IBIKE. Thanks guys . Keep the good job, your best. Onwards & Upwards: Generally a solid bike shop, sometimes the staff are welcoming and nice, but sometimes not. I have gone probably 5 times to fix up my bike over 6 years, and generally good results. However, the last time I went they fixed the outer tire and not the tube, so I paid loads for my bike repair only to find they didn't fix the tire at all. So, lately their service has been worse. Still will go back though as it's the only place nearby.

Yannick Khong: I've been recommended that place multiple times and I've always avoided going there because other shops were simply closer to where I live, but after my bike shop failed to fix my bike problem after 3 appointments, I've decided to go out of my way to Maglia Rosa.I should have gone to Maglia waaaaaay sooner. S-Tier and beyond amazing bike shop. They always have elaborately simple answers to every questions and fixed my bike in such a way that it feels like it's running like new and improved ergonomics on it even.Sure it would be nice if shop had a better access ramp to get the bike into the shop but I tell you it's worth the hassle to get your cycling gear serviced there.It's my highest recommendation.
