Dan A: A lovely resto with a friendly and unpretentious approach. The value for money is spot on. I would like to see options for vegetarian mains, perhaps it's possible if you make arrangements in advance. I liked that there was a mix of locals and tourists, with everyone given the same attentive service. It's a tad on the loud side as it's a bustling place, but that was fine with us.

Cyril BECKER: and everything is tasty the flavour of each dish is well balanced. They have a great wine selection to match your menu. The steak sauce flambée is prepared right in front of you and you will feel the heat.

Organic World Club: Top-notch French restaurant in the heart of Montreal! If you’re looking for a special experience, Europea consistently delights with some of the best food and wine in the world. The best ingredients available turned into art for the eyes and taste buds combined with great service is what drives me to come back. Some of the menu highlights included fresh mint tea, onion soup served in an onion, lobster cappuccino, and more paired with phenomenal wines; also, eye watering variety of deserts — my personal choice for best desert was the maple cotton candy. The highlight of the wine pairing was a mistery wine served in black glass. It was of course outstanding in flavor but also unique in appearance.

Vlora Ahmeti: First of all, let me start with saying this is a dining experience. The presentation is very artistic and the flavors are delicate and to be savored. It's not the type of place to go if your interested is a warm, superfilling comfort meal. Atmosphere is beautifully decorated and has nice lighting. Service was excellent, special shout out to Valentino for humoring us. Would definitely recommend for the experience if you're in Montreal for a few days.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Hard pressed to get children to eat these things.

Frederique Chezet: Gastronomic trip to Montreal at the table of Jerome Ferer "Europea"Magical, exceptional, gastronomic staging

P London: Exceptional.

Baha Chehboub: Magnificent restaurant, great value for money, I highly recommend

Mathieu Collet (Gou2): I recommend this restaurant. The people who work there are very welcoming and friendly. It's a very good place to taste French cuisine made in Montreal. The dishes offered are very good.

Rafi Mueen: We accidentally showed up about 20 minutes before closing, but Michael let us know he’d seat us in the best spot if we came back the following day with a reservation; oh boy, he did not lie! We came back the next day and Michael sat us down at THE best table in the restaurant. The food was fabulous, atmosphere even better, service unbeatable; the whole time we were treated like family. For food, we ended up getting French onion soup to start, a salmon dish and the cassoulet as our entrees, amaretto sour and espresso martini to drink, and finally the crème brûlée as dessert. I can’t recommend each dish enough! Between each bite you take, the delicate flavors come through in slightly different way. Even something as """simple""" as the beans in the cassoulet had such a vibrant story to tell through the meal, and I was listening to every second of it!If you’re exploring Montreal, make a reservation right now— you won’t regret it! To Michael, if you ever find yourself in NYC, hit us up! We’ll try our best to make you feel as home as you made us!

Eva Crepaud: A good little restaurant reminiscent of France! We really had a good time 😁Don’t hesitate, the restaurant is really cute and the food is good 👌🏻

CARLOS MANUEL SANCHEZ Sanchez: Excellent Beef Bourgignon

Fernando Valdez: Excellent service and food

Kat Mereigh: Such a quaint and lovely spot for a romantic dinner. Fantastic atmosphere for a date night, definitely. Food was delicious and very well seasoned. And the French onion soup was the perfect starter. Staff was delightfully charming and knowledgeable. Ask for a suggestion for the wine pairing and you won’t be disappointed! Went above and beyond to make our night spectacular. Will definitely go again and would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Louise Sutton: , in short, I'm going back as soon as possible. P.S. and the prices are very reasonable! I absolutely recommend! Thank you William and company. P.S. Parking opposite, on the street, from 6:30 p.m.

ste-marie audrey: Recommended dishes Planche de Fromages Et Charcuteries, Onglet de Boeuf Grillé Et Sa Sauce Plein Sud, Planche de Fromages

Morgane Lavergne: We went to dinner with friends, the subdued atmosphere is very pleasant with Corsican music playing in the background to get in the mood. We ate very well and the owner of the establishment is very pleasant and friendly. We ordered the beef tab and the poultry supreme with an excellent myrtle jelly brownie for dessert!

Mae LS: A french restaurant with a unique touch, the Corse influences are really interesting! We had an excellent time here. Service was amazing. The waitress knew the menu well and gave us great suggestions based on our preferences. Ambiance and atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. We got the Planche de Dégustation, which was a fun discovery of flavours. I'm not sure if the menu changes often, but I suggest the chicken and veal plates. Good wine selection with great prices. Only good things to say.

Léa Montessuit: A very nice place, great service and really good quality!!The portions could be a little larger given the relatively high prices, but the quality of the service and the meal are worth it!

Alice Wu: Superb discovery, I loved it! Favorite for the mushroom scallop foie gras ravioli and the lost brioche for dessert ❤️Edit: I went back in 2023 for MTL à table, it was a treat!I had returned there once again before, and it was more in tapas mode, and I found it really subpar compared to the "starter main course meal dessert" formula.

Daniel STOLL: Really good experience there with a welcoming staff, a menu that offers a variety of meals including vegeterian options and a warm decoration. A flavour of corsica blended with other inspiration for a fair price. Better to book ahead either because you want a specific seat in the room or just because it may be full some days.

Holder: what do users think?

Joy Miller: Wonderful service. The Waitress was very friendly and helpful with choosing the right Main course. They went over and above to make sure we had a delightful experience.I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Martin Lariviere: Holder is a charming Parisian bistro offering an elevated yet approachable taste of authentic French fare. The cozy, intimate ambiance with vintage details transports diners to a quaint cafe. The menu features rustic classics like French onion soup and boeuf bourguignon made with premium ingredients and bold flavors. Standouts include the chicken liver mousse and airy gougères. But it's the warm, impeccable service that shines, with attentive servers catering to every need. Whether for a casual night or special occasion, Holder delivers home-style bistro cooking and 5-star service in an inviting neighborhood gem.

Dave Bouffard: Antoine was our server and elevated our experience! We came for 6:30pm on a Saturday and the place quickly filled up. For how busy the restaurant was, I was impressed that we never needed to catch Antoine’s attention. Very attentive. The cocktails were very good as was the food.Highly recommended but book a table ahead of time!

Amina Ahsan Haque: .We had..- Country Vegetable Soup - light and fresh but too much salt.- Steak Frites - The fries were limp and soggy. The steak was fine.- Burrata Salad - Excellent. Enjoyed the figs.- Lemon Cream And Mascarponne Mousse - ExcellentThe food was absolutely amazing. The best Thai food I have eaten in the city.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available

John Bailey: Great food . Great value. Great staffFun decor

Roger Rosenquist: Awesome dining experience here. My friend and I both got the steak frites, which were delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and topped with a great herb butter while the fries were hot and crisp. My friend got a salad that tasted fresh and was a good opener. We also split some of their profiteroles for dessert, and those were extremely tasty. Would recommend.

Doriane Das: We came for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. The service was excellent, the servers very kind and attentive. My husband had the duck confit and I chose the mussels/fries. The experience was very good but we were disappointed by the duck confit dish which was certainly excellent but in very small quantities - especially on the accompaniment where three potatoes fought a duel on 3 salad leaves... However we had watched the menu in advance with photos from previous comments…

Nicholas: I got the quail with wild rice, SO good. Amazing traditional French restaurant with amazing service as well.

Youngmin Lee: A great French restaurant, with amazing food, wine list, and service. If you go during the day time, try to book à table under the glass ceiling! I really liked their appetizers and desserts the most, their paté was amazing, and the bone marrow, chèvre salade, grilled octopus, duck confit were also really tasty. The lemon tart was one of the best I've had in Montreal.

Sony L: . Yeah, I know it's a restaurant's job to be at the top, no matter what, but there are plenty of restaurants that don't succeed. Anyways, you didn't steal your reputation as one of the top restaurants in Montreal. It’s well deserved

The next plate was a pate with onion jam and brioche - sweet and savory. For the main dish, I had the duck and my husband had the cassoulet. Both were excellent. And for dessert, profiteroles with chocolate sauce and almonds. Everything was delicious, the ambience was lovely, and I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Joe Beef: what do users think?

Robert Oliver: Fantastic dinner, probably the best we had on our trip. Had the seafood special appetizer with the aoli sauce which was incredible. Beef tartar was great too! Split the New York strip with the bone marrow. Cooked to perfection and so rich with the marrow also liked the side horse radish cabbage. Someone else got the lobster pasta which was outstanding! Enjoyed the lemon sorbet thoroughly!

Anick Globensky-Bromow: , cooked perfectly. Even the beer was perfect. I tried the babeigne au rhum for dessert. Will definitely go back to try what our table neighbors had, lobster spaghetti, which was a whole lobster on pasta! We spent 250$ for a shared meal with no appetizers, so expect to spend a little. Worth every penny!

BOUILLON BILK: what do users think?

Kayla Seider: My husband and I traveled to Montreal for our honeymoon and had the pleasure of dining at Bouillon Bilk. We had an incredible dining experience! The service was fantastic. Our waiter was very helpful and had a great personality. We had a oysters, scallops and the duck. The food was truly some of the best we've ever had. I am still dreaming about my scallops. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope to be back someday!

David: I do have an expectation that it'd be not just a very good experience but a great and/or excellent experience. A couple of things stood out to me in this regard. The starter bread came with butter, however the butter was still quite cold

Squirrel Friend: This place is simply amazing. The food is creative and delicious. The service is attentive and friendly. The vibe is casual and cozy. The highlight of my meal was the foie gras dessert. Yeah, it sounds kind of wrong but tastes extremely right. Almost like a banana foster with duck liver instead of ton of butter. Wine list is impressive as well. They serve d'yquem for dessert if someone is willing to drop major bucks.

Nicole Caico: Like almost all the other reviews here say, this place is fantastic. The tasting menu was amazing and the bottle of wine the sommelier helped us pick went well with everything. The restaurant is elegant, and all the staff are very friendly and professional.

Alexandre Talbot: to richer dishes

Simon Forest: We had the tasting menu with Canadian and European wine pairings. Each of the five courses was uniquely tasty and well balanced. Wines enhance the flavors of meals. The service was impeccable, with special mention to the sommelier who was very friendly.Great atmosphere.

Restaurant La Raclette: what do users think?

Hope Silva: My husband and I really wanted some fondue on our trip to Montréal. We found La Raclette and we are so happy we did! From the second we entered the restaurant, it seemed like all the staff genuinely enjoyed and cared about the restaurant and the customers. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming. We had the Brussels Sprouts for our appetizer and now I’m wishing I could make the dish even half as delicious as the one at the restaurant. Of course, we had fondue for our main entree and for dessert the chocolate dome filled with fruits and ice cream. Everything was delicious and ended our last night in the city perfectly. Can’t wait to visit again!

Robert Oliver: Went to celebrate a relatives birthday and the service plus food were phenomenal. The pulled lamb appetizer was great and the Brussels sprout appetizer might be the best Brussels I have ever had. Split the La Pierrade all Beef which was incredible. Also tried the cod and elk steak which were very good too. Finally the Mont Blanc dessert and raspberry sorbet were refreshing ends to a delightful meal. Our waiters were prompt, polite and helpful. Overall 5/5 would do again

Luna May FAUQUET: The portions are generous and the price is reasonable for the quality of the food and service. The servers and clerks are exceptional. THANKS !
