My family doctor recommended me this place since I didn’t want to wait months going through the public system.Every single person I met at Endovison was so nice, reassuring and professional.Prompt service, great facilities and I felt I was in good hands.Any sort of procedures usually make me very nervous and everyone was very calming and made me feel better.My partner actually needs a gastroscopy too and he has booked an appointment there for himself after he saw how well looked after I was.Thank you for everything!

Kris McKeown: Great experience in general. They brought be in on time and made me feel comfortable from the onset.I had a gastroscopy and I was somewhat nervous to be sedated. To be honest, I don't even remember feeling loopy or anything. The procedure was very smooth and efficient. Anyone that is feeling nervous should not be worried for one second.They provide clear results with a comprehensive report that you get to take home.The only thing I could complain about is that they are unable to provide a proper quote which would have helped with my insurance coverage process.

Dr Mark Reimer was very informative and took the time to explain the colonoscopy procedure to me. Very nice bedside manner. The nurses were also very reassuring and informative. I didn’t feel any discomfort at all and was able to talk during the whole process.

julia izhevska: At work, my knee hurt after an injury. I had to go to the Santé Mont-Royal Hospital. I was worried that my limited knowledge of languages would be a big problem. But, thanks to the employee who was on shift at 22.30 on May 7, everything went surprisingly easily and quickly. Many thanks to her! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but thank you very much! She even made an appointment to the hospital to see a doctor the next day, so as not to wait 10 hours for a doctor’s appointment here. Thank you very much that there are such people!
Estelle B: *The emergency room experience is unique to each person since each case is different.*I personally had an excellent experience in my misfortune. 4 hours of waiting in the emergency room is not long. Knowing that before going to the Jewish, I went to the Jean Talon hospital and I was warned of a 9-hour wait. All the nurses who took care of me were incredibly caring and attentive. Everyone was nice to me and kind. Thanks to the doctor on duty for taking my case seriously and demanding all possible tests. I had a lot of tests including a CT scan, all quickly. I am now out of the woods. Thank you so much

Starting from the Medical Students, residents, nurses, attending and support staff. The McGill network at the MGH really stepped up when it came to my care and overall medical needs. Janet Ramsay: I am writing this on behalf of a friend, DD, an 80 yr old gentleman who received care at the hospital on March 14th 2024. He had fallen and incurred a head injury requiring a CT scan, referred by the Royal Victoria hospital. He was asked which MD would follow up and said he did not know. He was told “someone would contact him”. Concerned about this, he went to the Emergency dept and took number 34 and was soon seen by the nurse at the desk. He explained his situation to her and she said “this is not right, I’m going to find the answer for you”. She took his B/P, temp, O2sats and then gave him a referral sheet with an appt for a specialist. He was beyond grateful for this nurse who went over and above to help him with kindness and compassion. Her name was Nurse Colombo, and the Montreal General is very fortunate to have such a caring, efficient and kind employee. DD wants to thank her!

Melissa Brethour: This clinic is so great. When I need to be seen, I am given an appointment within days, and am always taken on time, no lengthy waits ever. I am always called with follow up results very fast. Reception is easy to get to through various ways which is great. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Dr. Borten as their doctor is in the greatest hands. She is just a wonderful doctor who truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very thorough. Any time she was not available, other doctors who replaced her were also great. I can’t say a negative thing about this place. I’m very glad to be a patient here.

Sam: Managed to get a same day appointment for my first time at Crea-Med and had a very positive experience. All the staff were great. The front desk staff and nurse were super efficient and friendly and Dr Awad was kind and took great care in assessing my needs and explaining the action plan.The facility itself is clean and calm.Highly recommended!
