We had visited 3 other veterinary places before coming to Vet et Nous, desperate to find a vet that performed mastocytoma surgery. I felt like she listened to my concerns and identified the issues. The vet tech was lovely and gentle with my dog. Katrina Parker: I am really impressed with the level of care and service here. One of my cats has always been very stressed when going to the vets but they actually check with you beforehand and offer solutions to help make the cat feel more comfortable for the visit. When I explained Lily's past experiences at other vets, they recommended that she take a sedative so she can feel calm for the visit. They also are the first vets to give our cats catit treats when they're getting their jabs so they keep happy and distracted. Kinda like when you're a kid and they give you lollipops for getting your jabs. :D Lily was much calmer this time and I don't feel so anxious taking her now. Out of the three vets we've been to, this is by far the best and I really feel like my cats are getting the best care here. Thanks to everyone at the clinic there!

Filomena Smith: A customer for years, I made an appointment more than two months ago to obtain a certificate without which I cannot travel with my cat. Three days before the appointment, I was informed that they were not planning to have a veterinarian that day!?!?!!? I beg them to honor the reservation, which they had confirmed by email. The day ends without any news...I have never been so stressed! I will update this review, depending on what happens next 😧Update: Finally, Dr. Trudel agreed to come to the clinic to honor the appointment! I highly recommend this veterinarian, who has always taken very good care of my cats, and who travels to repair the "broken problems" caused by confusion created in the management of her schedule. Veterinary care has 5 stars, but the clinic needs to improve appointment management...🤔

I had a slight medical emergency with my dog today, called for a same-day appointment, and was actually seen within the hour with no wait time at all. The entire staff was extremely kind and professional and Dr. Habib went above and beyond my expectations in trying to help my injured furry friend. His understanding and compassion brought a tear to my eye and it's obvious that they truly care about the animals they help and put their well-being first!

Unfortunately our regular vet did not have room to see him so I called Mercier. Not only did they give me an appointment for the very next morning but they called me back saying they could see him that night as they had a cancellation. He was seen by an amazing technician named Lindsay and a really wonderful vet, Dr. Briar Spinney. I am happy to say my big boy is now on the road to recovery. I highly recommend her and moreover commend her for her excellent surgical abilities, especially regarding such a complicated surgery that saved my Angel's life.

Sarah Doucette-Mercille: Excellent experience with Dr. Alex Terreros for my Hammy. She loves it! She had one of her fingers amputated due to squamous cell carcinoma. From diagnosis to post-operation, Alex was kind, clear and concerned. He has an eye for detail and takes the time to popularize, relying on and offering solutions based on evidence. He is accessible through his assistant, quickly and efficiently. I felt confident and supported in my decisions, without any pressure. I was entitled to fair and detailed prices, which demonstrate the good work done by Alex and his team. Is the price surprising? Yes! However, being a nurse and being able to objectify the price of all the equipment that we use on our patients, the price of the consultation + surgery for my dog is not a fraction of what the health system is for us. During Hammy's hospitalization, I received photos of her with super cute messages from the technicians and receptionists. The experience was reassuring despite everything. My Hammy is doing wonderfully and I know that I can count on my surgeon's team if I ever have a question or concern. I recommend the surgery department and therefore highly Dr. Terreros. Thank you also to the people at reception who are very kind and the technicians who are very smiling. We thank you for everything.
