Hope Silva: My husband and I really wanted some fondue on our trip to Montréal. We found La Raclette and we are so happy we did! From the second we entered the restaurant, it seemed like all the staff genuinely enjoyed and cared about the restaurant and the customers. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming. We had the Brussels Sprouts for our appetizer and now I’m wishing I could make the dish even half as delicious as the one at the restaurant. Of course, we had fondue for our main entree and for dessert the chocolate dome filled with fruits and ice cream. Everything was delicious and ended our last night in the city perfectly. Can’t wait to visit again!
Robert Oliver: Went to celebrate a relatives birthday and the service plus food were phenomenal. The pulled lamb appetizer was great and the Brussels sprout appetizer might be the best Brussels I have ever had. Split the La Pierrade all Beef which was incredible. Also tried the cod and elk steak which were very good too. Finally the Mont Blanc dessert and raspberry sorbet were refreshing ends to a delightful meal. Our waiters were prompt, polite and helpful. Overall 5/5 would do again

Emily Zimmerman: My husband, good friend and I had such a good time at garde manger while we were visiting from California. Montreal is famous for it's food and garde mangers reputation precedes it, but it was even better than we expected. The vibe of this place felt like it was bringing fine dining to a millenial crowd with the music and ambiance. And unlike many other fine dining establishments where the clientele skews much older, this place was packed with people between 25 and 40. The dress code ranged from smart casual to jeans.Our favorite part of the meal was how bilingual it is. My husband and friend are native French but fluent in English, so we tried using English for me. However, the meal used uncommon ingredients that they didn't know in English so our server was giving us a full rundown in English and French without missing a beat. Kevin Amestoy: Conveniently located right across the street from the Sheraton hotel if you plan to stay there this taphouse style bar has many beers on tap to choose from. Be ready to spend some $$ as the prices are quite high. I got one of the seasonal rotating brews which was like a Hefeweizen, very refreshing. The vibe was chill and quite when I arrived.

yx Sun: I had an incredible 3-hour experience with their 7-course tasting menu! My favorites were the beef steak, quail, and two desserts. The beef and quail were exceptionally tender, and the accompanying sauces were bursting with flavor. Both dishes had a divine aroma when they arrived. Even though I’m not usually a fan of sweet dishes, I thoroughly enjoyed their desserts. They struck a perfect balance, not overly sweet, and the sorbet with sponge cake combination was delightful.The meal began with a brown butter mousse amuse-bouche, followed by the sea urchin as the first course. While the brown butter mousse was delicious, the sea urchin lacked a bit of its distinctive flavor for my taste. Unfortunately, the complimentary bread was served cold and didn’t make much of an impression compared to the other outstanding dishes.The service was fantastic. They efficiently cleaned our table, and water and wine refills were prompt. However, I found the ambiance to be a bit noisy compared to Europea, where I had dined previously. Overall, it was a memorable night at this restaurant.

George Foster: Lovely casual spot with French atmosphere and songs. We had salad Niçoise and French onion soup which were both fantastic, the best we'd had in a long time. The tuna on the salad was fresh and expertly cooked. Service was very fast, efficient, and friendly. We'll be back.

Jason Sharples: A walk in for 11 on an idle Thursday at 1pm was handled very well; the food was simple where it needed to be simple, and gourmand where it needed to be. The servings are generous, the staff pleasant and efficient and - as others have noted - the ambience is excellent.
Honey Turner: and toe tapping folk music. My waiter was just as charming, with a kitchen staff working their magic behind the scenes. Between them they found a gluten free option for me and volunteered to clean the kitchen before starting it. It was a laid back afternoon meal accompanied by 3 glasses of sparkling cider. Just what I needed after 2 weeks of travel. Merci.
