Shwan Shaker: Good customer service: we wanted to purchase a piece of furniture that was in the store and asked that it be set aside while we validated measurements at home.When we returned less than two hours later to pick it up, the manager, Josée, told us that it had been sold. She was extremely sorry about the situation and explained to us that the store employee did not understand that we wanted to have it put aside.We were extremely disappointed and found the situation unacceptable. Josée understood and told us that she would speak with her bosses to find a solution.A few days later, we received a call from Josée who offered us a solution that suited us.In short, a delicate situation which was handled very well by Josée.Another big thank you to Josée!

Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

Marie-Michelle Pepin: but that since it was paid and the delivery date was already set someone else would have to call me back the next dayFrom previous experience with other companies I was a bit worried at that point that it would be difficult to get a call back and would probably have to call multiple times to finally get the discount.While I was not called the following day, I was called 2 days later and the refund was process immediatly and without any hassle.The couch was also delivered without any issue on the expected date. We love the couch.Great experience, Thank you!
Jennifer Gewurz: I need to shout out a sales agent I've been working with at Mobilia to purchase a couch. Melody Dufour has gone above and beyond in terms of helpfulness, availability and support on this purchase. She is professional and always responsive to questions regarding specifications of the product and organization of it's delivery. We had some issues with fitting the product into our home and she helped us in selecting an alternative solution for our space, she even went so far as moving couches around and taking photographs of potential configurations in the store! She is an excellent employee and a pleasure to work with. She deserves recognition on her excellent level of service and the positive buying experience she has provided. Shopping for a couch is never an easy task and she's made it a breeze, thank you Melody and mobilia!
