Ici pas de prof filiforme de 30 ans, des profs rarement en bas de 60 ans, avec un corps qui a vécu et qui respecte leurs limites tout en démontrant une grande agilité. Des exercices de respiration, des inversions, pas de musique, pas de chauffage. J'aimerais qu'il y ait des centres comme ca partout.

Louis-Philippe Dea: I'm doing yoga teacher training there. The rooms are very well lit with daylight and these also have several plants which add life. The center even provides dishes if you eat there!
Jérôme Carrier: Super Zen Center, perfect rooms for yoga... the energies are increasing... Note that the rooms can be rented for activities, therefore perfect for a workshop or a conference. 3 rooms, + a reading room. I adore
Polina Kunze: I used to feel nervous at other yoga places because people look at you weird if you're not as great as them and are dressed in the latest yoga fashions. Here, there's no pretense. Simply dressed. The teachers don't single you out. You feel at ease. Only complaint is they're specialized in kundalini so there's not much in the schedule for classic yoga.
