To buy the wood, you need to pay inside the shop and then pick it up at the woodshop. You can check out what they have first at the woodshop, then go to the store to let them know what you're getting and pay then go back to pick it up.They even have small wood crates you for less than 11$ and they're great! You can stain them if you want. Everyone there is always nice and helpful, especially the lady at the cash.Mossir is always very nice, knowledgeable and super helpful with advice :

Stefan Chamberland: If you actually want service, you need to come to this Rona.It's small and may not have as much inventory as bigger hardware stores, but it definely has some of the best staff.Even the younger staff know what they're talking about and go out of their way to serve you.The best thing about this Rona is the "Cours à bois" in the back where you can get all your building materials without hauling all of it through the entire store.Think of it as a drive-thru for building supplies!Even if I wasn't living in the neighbourhood, I would come to this one just for that.Thanks!

Those who shop at Rona should be aware that specials are per location and sometimes doing a little drive can save you some $$$. Service was laid back and chill.

Fabian Neuville: Impeccable service and great after-sales service: I bought two gardening boxes to hang on a balcony. Unfortunately I hadn't seen but the fasteners for one of the two bins were missing. I came back the next day and they gave me the missing parts straight away! They then even checked the bins for sale to make sure there were no mistakes for others.

Richard à l’atelier de menuiserie fait des miracles! Il a un talent incroyable pour refaire des boiseries décoratives extérieures des maisons plus anciennes et bien plus. Il y a peu de gens qui peuvent faire ça à Montréal.
