Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

Darrin Burke: We were looking for the best replica of the Saarinen Tulip chairs and here is where we found them! The proportions are perfect even though they are about an inch taller than the originals but what's one inch? The cushions are super comfy, firm, not flimsy as seen in some other higher priced stores. They match our Tulip table wonderfully! They had some in stock in their warehouse and assured us they would arrive at the store within a week and they did; they even assembled them for us!
