Had a bike fit with Geoff a few weeks later and, per the multiple reviews left by other customers, it was a great experience. Very insightful and thorough. The slight tweaks made by Geoff instantly improved my riding experience. I would highly recommend. Big shoutout to Geoff, Chloe and all the staff for taking good care of me in the past few visits.

I ride a very unsexy GT frame with cargo forks that is so uncool my girlfriend probably considered that being a single mother of 3 was better than being with a guy who had this bike.4. I may have forgotten to write this again but this is what happened and why I am writing all these bullet points; I got on my bike after its yearly tune up, and my clunky uncool girlfriend-sexy-vibe-killer bike took off like a tour-de-France-ready road bike! It was so tight! I kid you not I had to look to see if they accidentally installed an electric assist motor on my lovely bike.

Michel Rioux: The technician at IBIKE carried out a road test, the thing to do before any repairs, and during this, my rear tire exploded, only to realize later that the rear brake had been poorly adjusted, not to mention the rest. I hardly dare imagine making a rapid descent and seeing my tire explode with a poorly adjusted brake...Thank you Mr. Technician for your good work. For me it is definitive, my beautiful vintage Peugeot bike that I have taken care of since 1992, will never go anywhere else except at IBIKE. Thanks guys . Keep the good job, your best. Today, May 1, I returned to IBIKE, just to please my good old Peugeot 1992 which has been with me for 32 years now to change tired parts. Panagiotis Savas: The bike presented a problem with the gears on Tuesday evening. Called the shop on Wednesday 09:00 am with an urgent repair that was needed asap in view of trainings and competitions. Steve despite his heavy work load...understood and appreciated my stressful situation....and said.... No problem bring it in now. The bike was ready Thursday morning. Steve did the repair and made some modifications that really took the bike to the next level. The price I was charged was more than fair. Steve is a great technician but most importantly a really good person. Thank you Steve. You are the best.

Rick Deckard: This is one of the better shops in and around the Sud-Ouest area. The service is great, and it's right on the bike path, if only their landlord would open up that area so they would have better exposure, you could ride right past and not even know it's here aside from the small sign.

I don't know all the bike terms lol, so I appreciated that they took the time to explain the available options and gave me a clear breakdown of the pricing. I believe they did a decent job, as both bikes performed well throughout this season. I'll be coming back for sure. Plus, they're right on the bike path!

Anirvan Ghosh: I purchased my light e-bike from this shop and have been back a few times for servicing and accessories. Their service is always friendly and excellent. I would rate them as the best repair shop I know of - things that puzzled repair people in other shops were resolved within minutes here. In addition, they go the extra mile to source replacement parts from original manufacturers and follow-up with them in case of delays, something I experienced first hand. They also run courses on bike maintenance, which I hope to take one day!

Onwards & Upwards: Generally a solid bike shop, sometimes the staff are welcoming and nice, but sometimes not. I have gone probably 5 times to fix up my bike over 6 years, and generally good results. However, the last time I went they fixed the outer tire and not the tube, so I paid loads for my bike repair only to find they didn't fix the tire at all. So, lately their service has been worse. Still will go back though as it's the only place nearby.
