Both during my call before my trip and on site the next day, I was able to appreciate the courteous service and advice of the qualified staff.However, with the testing of my new prostheses which I did not have when purchasing the shoes, I had to choose size 10. I will spare you the details but I ultimately ended up with shoes that were too narrow and which I could not carry.Having joined the sales director yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised that despite the delay, Antoine agreed to exchange my walking shoes. He was even willing to issue a refund if I couldn't find a model that suited me. My partner, who was also planning to purchase a Hoka brand pair, will take advantage of his trip today to make the purchase. To be continued...
