I received my desk on time and in the meantime, having changed my mind about the carpet, they did not persist with me and refunded me. My desk was easy to assemble with the plans, easy to follow, however a drawer front was damaged. In a short time my request was responded to and the replacement part was sent. She is professional and always responsive to questions regarding specifications of the product and organization of it's delivery. We had some issues with fitting the product into our home and she helped us in selecting an alternative solution for our space, she even went so far as moving couches around and taking photographs of potential configurations in the store! Dipen Lamichhane: Prices are affordable. The lady owner at the store is very nice. She explains very well and helps to choose the good products. She gave discount as well. Sectional was slightly damaged and she managed to change that. The delivery guys were very nice & helpful. I will visit the store again. Thank you.
