My husband's office chair needed a cylinder replacement and we spent days struggling to do the repair ourselves - smacking it with a mallet, using tons of WD-40, etc. Took the chair to Tras and it took staff about 1 minute to remove the old, completely stuck cylinder - we were amazed! Totally skilled professionals, know a lot about these chairs, and very friendly. Highly recommended if you need any repairs for your office chairs, they saved us having to spend several hundred dollars on a new chair.

Beniboah: Since teleworking from home it has become a must to have a good office chair. So I "invested" more than $800 for a quality chair...which after 18 months cracked so much that it became too unpleasant to use. The 2nd star is for attempts to replace the chair. They brought the same model, replaced the cushions and...the result is the same. Now I'm being ignored.
