Direct from Canada's Motorcycle Hall of Fame, we are pleased to announce Mario Duhamel has joined our motorcycle family here at MTL Moto Pro!
Our motorcycle training safety course curriculum consists of 6 hours in-class theory + 16 hours on the closed circuit track + 10 hours on the road.
The entire process begins now once you register: simply by calling us or clicking the "click to sign up" button!
Once registration is complete, you will begin by scheduling / following your first theoretical course with us. This will better prepare you for your first written examination at the SAAQ. You will need to study our "Moto Pro Handbook" that is readily available at our offices. We also will supply you a specialized written exam for you to practice on consisting of over 110 questions, many of which regularly come up during the written examination at the SAAQ.
It is your responsibility to book your written exam appointment either online at the SAAQ website or by calling them using their telephone appointment system at: 514.873.5803
Upon passing the written exam at the SAAQ and obtain your 6R permit, you will begin the 16 hour closed circuit practical training on our motorcycles which consists of 4 sessions of 4 hours.
Upon successful completion of the 16 closed track hours, you must follow another 3 hour class of theory meant at preparing you for the road portion of the course. After which, we begin the 10 hours of training on the road.
Once completely done with the road hours you will obtain a certificate from our school that states you have successfully completed the course and can then proceed to pass your closed circuit examination at the SAAQ.
Upon successfully passing the closed circuit exam at the SAAQ, your 6R permit will be replaced by a 6A learner's permit that allows you to ride as an apprentice rider from 5am to midnight.
Finally after 11 months with a 6A learner's licence, you will be required to pass a final open road exam at the SAAQ to obtain your full 6A motorcycle license.

Saurabh Ram: a bad motorcycle from this dealership. The least fun part was the payment guy who processes you without a smile. The payment was very rushed and after payment he gave me papers and that’s it. Then he realised later that I haven’t received the bike yet.Anyway, bought a 2003 Suzuki Savage LS650. I hope I can run this thing for at least two seasons. The dealership gave me new batteries which at least started the bike but I wonder why would you sell the bike from your lot if you know the battery is an issue.

I went there in person as they seem to be one of the only places actually listing this kind of bike in Québec.Richard their salesman was very happy, courteous and jovial with me. Despite me knowning exactly what I wanted he was informative, his attitude and his passion about motorcycles in general was contagious which made me want to acquire it even more.He explained to me that I would have to wait for the new 2024 Models to be available to even have a chance at getting one as they are very rare and can't import as many as you would think.Fast Forward a year later, I ordered the bike as soon as I saw it being available on their website and it just arrived at their shop a couple months later.Claude the person I dealt with for the finance aspect was also very happy and professional with me.I also met Ali the Vice-President when I went there earlier to see my motorcycle and he personally delivered it to my house hehe.Everybody I met gave me the impression that they love their work and I am looking forward to service my bike there, etc.Thank you

Extra love for their incredible patience they had with the group of massive d*cks that came in behind us all tense. I bet they get that a lot. We saw the entire Plateau, Lil Italy, Mile End, Jean Talon, Rosemont, the Botanical Gardens, Hochelaga, downtown and the Expo museum. For about $85 for 2. It was pretty sick.

S.E. McKenzie: Beautiful campus. Great dentistry school. The atmosphere at the moment is not great due to protest and muddy field.
Paul Miiller: Great spectacle! They had two massive teams on either side of the gates waving flags and cheering, never saw anything like it before. Not sure what sport it was for but really gives the impression of a very active school community. A lot to see and I even got a hot dog!

Marysa Lopez: The hotel is simple, it has amenities, the rooms are very small in my opinion, but the location is excellent. The problem is that there is no parking, so you have to use the street, but it is super difficult to find, so you have to go around several times to find a spot. I didn't love the coffee selection, they should have a decaffeinated option.But in general the Service is excellent and the people are very friendly.

Mike H: Stayed for one night a few weeks ago. Very reasonable price. Hotel is very central. Check in was quick and easy and the person assisting us was helpful and courteous. We received a complimentary upgrade to 2 queen room from 2 double. Room was quiet, spacious and clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, wifi quick, and shower hot. Nice sized fitness room on main floor close to reception area, so daughter felt safe while using it in evening. They directed us to parking garage the next street over for $18 overnight, which we felt was reasonable considering the location. No breakfast included, but there is a Cora's right next door. Would definitely stay here again, in the future.

The service truly exceeded all my expectations. They customized the bicycle as I wished, took the time to adjust each component according to my preferences, and they even gave me valuable advice for future maintenance and upkeep.

Rick Deckard: This is one of the better shops in and around the Sud-Ouest area. The service is great, and it's right on the bike path, if only their landlord would open up that area so they would have better exposure, you could ride right past and not even know it's here aside from the small sign.
Liuba P: I brought two bikes to the shop: one new for a checkup and adjustment, the other over 20 years old for a major update, including the gears, cables, and chain, among other things. I don't know all the bike terms lol, so I appreciated that they took the time to explain the available options and gave me a clear breakdown of the pricing. I believe they did a decent job, as both bikes performed well throughout this season. I'll be coming back for sure. Plus, they're right on the bike path!

Anirvan Ghosh: I purchased my light e-bike from this shop and have been back a few times for servicing and accessories. Their service is always friendly and excellent. I would rate them as the best repair shop I know of - things that puzzled repair people in other shops were resolved within minutes here. In addition, they go the extra mile to source replacement parts from original manufacturers and follow-up with them in case of delays, something I experienced first hand. They also run courses on bike maintenance, which I hope to take one day!
