The payment was very rushed and after payment he gave me papers and that’s it. Then he realised later that I haven’t received the bike yet.Anyway, bought a 2003 Suzuki Savage LS650. I hope I can run this thing for at least two seasons. The dealership gave me new batteries which at least started the bike but I wonder why would you sell the bike from your lot if you know the battery is an issue.

Despite me knowning exactly what I wanted he was informative, his attitude and his passion about motorcycles in general was contagious which made me want to acquire it even more.He explained to me that I would have to wait for the new 2024 Models to be available to even have a chance at getting one as they are very rare and can't import as many as you would think.Fast Forward a year later, I ordered the bike as soon as I saw it being available on their website and it just arrived at their shop a couple months later.Claude the person I dealt with for the finance aspect was also very happy and professional with me.I also met Ali the Vice-President when I went there earlier to see my motorcycle and he personally delivered it to my house hehe.Everybody I met gave me the impression that they love their work and I am looking forward to service my bike there, etc.Thank you

Extra love for their incredible patience they had with the group of massive d*cks that came in behind us all tense. I bet they get that a lot. We saw the entire Plateau, Lil Italy, Mile End, Jean Talon, Rosemont, the Botanical Gardens, Hochelaga, downtown and the Expo museum. For about $85 for 2. It was pretty sick.

Hunter King: Bought my first Apollo scooter a couple years ago and have been in love with it since. Unfortunately a tourist on a bike cut in front causing a minor wreck damaging the front stem fork. Unsure of what to do, contacted Apollo who helped find the part and when stuck installing, they sent a video to make a complicated job that I would've never figured out a piece of cake. Had searched all over youtube without luck. Thank you again for the outstanding product and customer service!

Louis Daudet: I got a scooter from Apollo, their Apollo Pro. After a while, the scooter turned out to be defective unfortunately. Very fortunately, I was put in contact with Josh from their support team, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park! I got to send my scooter back, and they shipped a new one right back to me. It was fast, easy, and hassle free. Defective units will always happen no matter the strength of the QA process. The way a company handles the situation when it happens is really what make the difference, and in my case, Apollo was really top notch. It is all the more impressive given that much larger, much older companies sometimes do not take the time and resources to handle things nearly as well as they did. Josh, again, thank you so much for all of your help!!
Drone Bro: I’ve been going back-and-forth with Apollo customer service online and was still unable to rectify the issue. I figured going to the service centre would probably be the best and should’ve been recommended from customer service as expected. It was the best Kevin was amazing super friendly easy to deal with even through in a few freebies and was, overall the best customer Service experience I’ve had with Apollo. This has been my experience with Apollo since I first bought my scooter in 2021. I wish the Apollo management style could rub off on some of the Service industry companies in the US. To avoid a grumpy rant, I will conclude that Apollo has made me a lifetime customer. I'll be back for my next upgrade as soon as I out grow my Ghost.
