Dan Beasy: Quality staff top to bottom. The techs genuinely care to understand what product is best for a given job. I'm a professional painter and have been for awhile I don't go to any other store. I was setup with competitive pricing and receive outstanding service. I've made my way through most of the product line and haven't been disappointed, of course I have my preferred products. Emerald, Duration and Pro Mar HP 200 definitely solid paint choices. Can't go wrong with Superpaint also.

At the beginning, I was served by helpful and competent young people but the last time, it was the bearded, bearded manager with an arrogant tone that was very unwelcoming. What he ate this morning I'll never know because I won't go back there again. The one on rue Papineau is more welcoming. Betonel offers quality products at good prices. Forget Douleurama products for a dollar. For a good brush that smoothes well or a good roller that keeps its bristles without falling apart, you have to pay the price to make a good job easier.DLuck
