Dan Beasy: Quality staff top to bottom. The techs genuinely care to understand what product is best for a given job. I'm a professional painter and have been for awhile I don't go to any other store. I was setup with competitive pricing and receive outstanding service. I've made my way through most of the product line and haven't been disappointed, of course I have my preferred products. Emerald, Duration and Pro Mar HP 200 definitely solid paint choices. Can't go wrong with Superpaint also.

I had a problem with a gallon that I bought there and the after-sales service was more than perfect. The employees, who are very charming, listened to me, respected me and found a solution to my problem in addition to compensating me. Besides, even before this experience I always had good service from them. Special mention to the manager for whom the satisfaction of her customers is important to her. I obviously recommend this concrete to anyone needing a paint product.Bétonel Plateau Mont-Royal on the corner of Saint-Laurent and Mont-Royal street gives you a very professional and courteous service. I had a problem with a gallon I bought there and the after-sale service was more than perfect. What he ate this morning I'll never know because I won't go back there again. The one on rue Papineau is more welcoming. Betonel offers quality products at good prices. Forget Douleurama products for a dollar. For a good brush that smoothes well or a good roller that keeps its bristles without falling apart, you have to pay the price to make a good job easier.DLuck
