But, thanks to the employee who was on shift at 22.30 on May 7, everything went surprisingly easily and quickly. Many thanks to her! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but thank you very much! She even made an appointment to the hospital to see a doctor the next day, so as not to wait 10 hours for a doctor’s appointment here. Thank you very much that there are such people!

Knowing that before going to the Jewish, I went to the Jean Talon hospital and I was warned of a 9-hour wait. All the nurses who took care of me were incredibly caring and attentive. Everyone was nice to me and kind. Thanks to the doctor on duty for taking my case seriously and demanding all possible tests. I had a lot of tests including a CT scan, all quickly. The nurse told me that it wasn’t worth for me to wait here all night as my urgency wasn’t as urgent as others but still needed a check up quick. She gave me an appointment to a clinicNear my house the next day. I waited 30min for the lady at enregistrement to call me but didn’t so I just went up to her and asked kindly and she did my appointments on the spot. I know sometimes it can be long but surprisingly I was served pretty fast and kindly. Glory to God.

My family doctor recommended me this place since I didn’t want to wait months going through the public system.Every single person I met at Endovison was so nice, reassuring and professional.Prompt service, great facilities and I felt I was in good hands.Any sort of procedures usually make me very nervous and everyone was very calming and made me feel better.My partner actually needs a gastroscopy too and he has booked an appointment there for himself after he saw how well looked after I was.Thank you for everything!

To be honest, I don't even remember feeling loopy or anything. The procedure was very smooth and efficient. Anyone that is feeling nervous should not be worried for one second.They provide clear results with a comprehensive report that you get to take home.The only thing I could complain about is that they are unable to provide a proper quote which would have helped with my insurance coverage process.

Cheryl Gouthro: I am 5 days post op from lower Bleph. My experience with the clinic so far has been excellent. At my consultation, Dr Doumit was very sweet and told me he could easily correct my eye bags. The clinic is very nice and comfortable. I had to wait a while for the consult but thats to be expected in a Doctors office. Im not a person to be bothered by that. Day of surgery the lovely Angie was my nurse and what a sweetheart. She took great care of me. Answered all my questions and was very warm and friendly. The other nurses that day were also wonderful but I didnt get their names. The surgery was quick with a little pain. Dr Doumit is a bit rough but its ok because he’s very quick and knows what hes doing. I dont mind that because Im more concerned with the results and I dont question that kind of skill set. Today I got my stitches out with the lovely Audrey. She was so gentle! Very warm and funny which I love. The Dr checked my eyes and seen there was a bit of irritation and sent me off with a prescription for eye drops. After one dose my eye feels so much better. So far my results are amazing after only 5 days and still lots of swelling. Just to mention, if you arent from Montreal there is some parking behind the building you can check for a spot or right out front of the building. I highly recommend the clinic and all the staff. Also Simone! She was great at finalizing all the details for the surgery. Thanks for the great experience.
