Discovering Destinations: We went in, mostly for the grocery store, as we were looking for a specific type of spice. there’s quite a good selection, but they didn’t necessarily have what we were looking for. At times the hallways felt very narrow.. the cashiers were quite helpful in answering our questions. We didn’t realize that there was a restaurant inside and perhaps during our next visit we will give it a try.
M M: Great Latino American grocery store. This location includes an actual dine in or takeout place too. Split between butcher, grocery and restaurant sections. Nice finds in every category and fresh baked goods too! Friendly staff.

The sandwiches are each time served in crusty bread which allows us to really savor the ingredients. Plus, the churros are filling and crispy without being too heavy. I highly recommend taking a trip to Che Churros & Empanadas. A beautiful little Argentinian corner that you hardly find in Montreal in addition to being one of the rare places where you can fill your belly for less than $20.

Antoine Montmory: One of the best butcher shops on Ontario Street! They don't have many different meats but the quality is always AAA. The lamb chops are excellent, at an affordable price. The products they sell separately are very good: the dates and yogurt are delicious; the Sabra butcher shop is the only one to sell its quality products, located between the city center and Ville-Marie. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant.

GK: I came here specifically for canned San Marazano tomatoes, which are priced at a fraction of the cost compared to Amazon! I haven't purchased any produce or meat here however, so I can't comment on it's freshness-but if you're looking for some specialty pantry items, it's worth checking out this store.What stood out to me during my experience here was the customer service. A young gentleman who was stocking the shelves saw me struggling to look for something, and without me asking, he initiated in asking me if I needed help! The fact that he went out of his way to do that meant a lot to me.
