The mechanisms and hardware were pre chosen and were all installed perfectly. Definitely a trustworthy and responsible company. I have already ordered more cabinets from them which should be installed in a couple weeks.

I reached out to Romano and received outstanding service. The person who helped me assured me that the arms of the sofa could easily be removed and reinstalled. She offered to call the retailer to make sure that this would be organized. She did coordinate everything. The store, Corbeil, was also great. My sofa is now in my office and I love it. Omar AlHussainy: I bought 2 beautiful sofas manufactured by Romano off of Hudson’s Bay. It took us a while to choose our sofas because we were looking for something chic and not bulky. HBC shipped them to us and installed them, but after a while we found that they were shaky and not stable. So, we called HBC to send someone to tell us what the issue was and every-time they would blame the manufacturer. After a while I decided to contact the manufacturer myself as HBC said they were not responding.In reality, when I contacted G.Romano they responded after hours of sending my email and I found out that 2 screws on each leg where missing HBC’s installation company never took the trouble to fix them that was why my sofas where shaky. They sent me the screws and did not even charge me and they even kept following up with me if I had received them and if that fixed my issue.Thank you G. Romano Inc. I will surely come back and buy furniture from you and next time I will avoid buying it from HBC.Service:Couches/sofas

Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

The functionally and ergonomic is revolutionary. The way you use, cook and store things in a kitchen - all process is completely reviewed, analyzed and revolutionized. My favorite is Genius Loci - the mitered looking counter top has a hidden drawer for silverware and cutlery, not taking other precious storage space. I also love Logica Celata - completely invisible kitchen. Kitchen that can be completely hidden, having sort of like a garage door hiding your kitchen working area.

Kyla was super helpful and very friendly. She informed us that it was probably the metal legs that were causing the squeaking, and had someone come out to our place and replace the sofa legs within a few days - free of charge! Melody Dufour has gone above and beyond in terms of helpfulness, availability and support on this purchase. She is professional and always responsive to questions regarding specifications of the product and organization of it's delivery. We had some issues with fitting the product into our home and she helped us in selecting an alternative solution for our space, she even went so far as moving couches around and taking photographs of potential configurations in the store! She is an excellent employee and a pleasure to work with. She deserves recognition on her excellent level of service and the positive buying experience she has provided.
