Kayla Seider: My husband and I traveled to Montreal for our honeymoon and had the pleasure of dining at Bouillon Bilk. We had an incredible dining experience! The service was fantastic. Our waiter was very helpful and had a great personality. We had a oysters, scallops and the duck. The food was truly some of the best we've ever had. I am still dreaming about my scallops. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope to be back someday!
Squirrel Friend: This place is simply amazing. The food is creative and delicious. The service is attentive and friendly. The vibe is casual and cozy. The highlight of my meal was the foie gras dessert. Yeah, it sounds kind of wrong but tastes extremely right. Almost like a banana foster with duck liver instead of ton of butter. Wine list is impressive as well. They serve d'yquem for dessert if someone is willing to drop major bucks.

Derrek Nador: Update April 2024, as good as ever! Wine list, service and food were 5 stars. If you want to splurge on a special occasion this is a top spot in Montreal to do so! Superb service and food. The food speaks for itself. Fresh ingredients, delishious dishes with great flavors. The service is some of the friendliest, most bilingual ive had recently. Could be a little over bearing if you dont want someone checking in on you very often, but for me it added to the night. Duck appetizer, the duck main and the roasted quail.
Marky Marc: Beef tartare was way too salty, couldn't taste anything else. Bacon wrapped rabbit was delicious. Shucked snow crab special was great, so much easier to eat. Brussel sprouts had a nice sauce. Hibiscus ice cream sandwich was perfect, though not sure why it was wrapped up like a soap bar. Great music selection. Excellent service. House martini was like a Lemon Drop, definitely enjoyable. The recommended Cabernet red was a great accompaniment.

Seeing other photos of the menu I guess they rotate the plate quite often. All the options were really appealing, and we are really happy with what we ordered.The price is expensive, but for a different restaurant experience it was nice. X x: This is my second time coming back to ithq. Both times, I ordered the tasting menu. All courses were tasty. Of course I had preferences over others. With that said, this is a great experience if you want to try experimental foods, impeccable services in a warm atmosphere *at more affordable prices compared to pure tasting restaurants*Both times were a 2.5-3 hour experience.

Genoveffa Fiorin: Next to the Saint-Louis square, eating at the ITHQ is a gastronomic experience full of local flavors. We went there for a birthday and it was a delicious gift to give yourself. The wine list is diverse. It’s very popular with Montrealers and I recommend making reservations. The service is excellent and they are attentive to any request.

Dan A: A lovely resto with a friendly and unpretentious approach. The value for money is spot on. I would like to see options for vegetarian mains, perhaps it's possible if you make arrangements in advance. I liked that there was a mix of locals and tourists, with everyone given the same attentive service. It's a tad on the loud side as it's a bustling place, but that was fine with us.

Organic World Club: Top-notch French restaurant in the heart of Montreal! If you’re looking for a special experience, Europea consistently delights with some of the best food and wine in the world. The best ingredients available turned into art for the eyes and taste buds combined with great service is what drives me to come back.Some of the menu highlights included fresh mint tea, onion soup served in an onion, lobster cappuccino, and more paired with phenomenal wines; also, eye watering variety of deserts — my personal choice for best desert was the maple cotton candy.The highlight of the wine pairing was a mistery wine served in black glass. It was of course outstanding in flavor but also unique in appearance.
Vlora Ahmeti: First of all, let me start with saying this is a dining experience. The presentation is very artistic and the flavors are delicate and to be savored. It's not the type of place to go if your interested is a warm, superfilling comfort meal. Atmosphere is beautifully decorated and has nice lighting. Service was excellent, special shout out to Valentino for humoring us. Would definitely recommend for the experience if you're in Montreal for a few days.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Hard pressed to get children to eat these things.

William Macdonald-Akbari: Great food with beautiful ambiance and decor. The food is definitely more expensive than what you’ll find at other Indian restaurants, but you’re paying for the premium of being in the old port and the beautiful interior.Great option if you’re looking for good Indian food with an upscale atmosphere.
Chaitanya Mukkamala: Went here for dinner on a trip to Montreal. The place has a really good ambience that gets bowled over by the amazing food. An elevated taste of Indian food while retaining a lot of its flavors and some originals mixed in. If the ambience and food doesn't get you happy enough, their superfast service and really friendly staff will surely get there. The place being fully packed is a testament to the 5 star experience of this place. This is on my list of must go restaurants whenever I visit Montreal.
